A minimum order of 10 assortments is required to qualify for a corporate gifting discount. If your organization is smaller, you may order at our usual retail rates from the wide selection of gift baskets on our website. Our maximum capacity during the holiday season is approximately 2000 assortments for our 2024 curated corporate business gifts. Larger orders may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Added value may be supplied with a hand-initialed packing card sharing the Goot Essa story. Other value-added inserts may include a cheese recipe card(s) and an invitation to join our monthly cheese subscription. A wine and cheese pairing guide can be inserted at your request.

Orders placed by December 9 qualify for our corporate gifting discount. Larger-volume orders for a single assortment are discounted using the following formula:

• 10-25 assortments receive our corporate gifting discount (2% off our retail price)
• 25-49 assortments receive 4% off
• 50-99 assortments receive 6% off
• 100-249 assortments receive 8% off
• 250+ assortments receive 10%+ off

Multiple assortments may be ordered but are subject to a reduced discount schedule. If interested, ask us for details.

If we are delivering assortments to individual recipient addresses (one of our three delivery options), you can download and save a copy of our Excel-format order template, complete it, and email to john@gootessacheese.com. A Goot Essa staff member will provide assistance as necessary.

If you already have a spreadsheet with accurate recipient addresses, you are welcome to customize it to include columns for your gift assortment choice for each recipient and a personalized gift message of up to 180 characters. Your message will appear on a handsome Goot Essa branded gift card. Email your completed address file to john@gootessacheese.com.

The corporate gifting program discount is available until December 16. After that date, our regular retail rates apply. You are encouraged to order as early as possible since items do occasionally sell out during the holiday rush. Our order information form includes a field for desired DELIVERY DATE. You can order as early as you wish, and rest assured that your gifts will be delivered at just the right time.

Preferred payment methods include business checks and ACH transfers. Payment is also accepted through Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards.

Regional shipping costs for individual gift assortments are found at the bottom of this page. Most orders are shipped through UPS or FedEx. Occasionally, USPS Priority Mail is used. We take steps to ensure the cheese arrives safe from external heat. For delivery to a single distribution point, significant shipping discounts may be available. Gourmet cheeses should be stored at 35-45 degrees Fahrenheit.
