NEW - Goot Essa now offers Prepared Charcuterie assortments
We prep. You tailgate. Tailgate season is here, and this year we're offering prepared charcuterie boards, so there's no cutting or arranging before kickoff. Every cheese is cave-aged on our farm before it goes into the box, so all you have to do is open it up in the parking lot. Order ahead and pick up before kickoff.
Tailgate with Goot Essa this season
The Small Charcuterie Tray includes:
- 3 pre-selected cheeses (4 oz each).
- 2 complimentary jars of condiments (1.5 oz each).
- 2 varieties of meat (3 oz each).
The Large Charcuterie Tray includes:
- 5 pre-selected cheeses (4 oz each).
- 3 complimentary jars of condiments (1.5 oz each).
- 3 varieties of meat (3 oz each).

Tailgate Charcuterie Tray
The Goot Essa Tailgate Charcuterie Tray is available in Small and Large sizes.
Pickup Location Info:
Goot Essa Shop Pickup is available before 5 pm on Fridays and 8 am - 5 pm on Saturdays.
Nature's Pantry Pickup is available from 5 pm to 7 pm on Friday evening before each home game.
Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.
