A minimum order of 10 collections is required to qualify for a corporate gifting discount. If your organization needs fewer, you're welcome to order at our usual retail rates from our Full Gift Collection. (Flag: the current site lists a 2,000-assortment max tied to "2024." That number needs a fresh figure from John before this goes live, since the collection count and the packaging behind it have both changed.)

Added value may be supplied with a hand-initialed packing card sharing the Goot Essa story. Other value-added inserts may include a cheese recipe card and an invitation to join our monthly cheese subscription. A wine and cheese pairing guide can be added at your request.

Yes. Depending on the collection, you can choose from these customization options:

• A custom-branded leather tag with your company logo (available in white or brown)
• A woven basket
• A slate cutting board, with optional customization
• A live edge cutting board

Orders placed by [order-by date] qualify for our corporate gifting discount. Larger-volume orders for a single collection are discounted using the following formula:

• 10-25 collections receive our corporate gifting discount (2% off retail price)
• 25-49 collections receive 4% off
• 50-99 collections receive 6% off
• 100-249 collections receive 8% off
• 250+ collections receive 10%+ off

Multiple collections may be ordered but are subject to a reduced discount schedule. Ask us for details if you're interested.

If we're delivering collections to individual recipient addresses, you can download and save a copy of our Excel order template, complete it, and email it to john@gootessacheese.com. A Goot Essa staff member will help as needed.

If you already have a spreadsheet with accurate recipient addresses, you're welcome to customize it to include a column for your gift collection choice for each recipient and a personalized gift message of up to 180 characters. Your message will appear on a Goot Essa branded gift card. Email your completed address file to john@gootessacheese.com.

Our corporate gifting discount is available through [volume discount date]. For guaranteed holiday delivery, we recommend ordering by [delivery cutoff date]. You're welcome to order earlier, and our order form includes a field for your desired delivery date so your gifts arrive at the right time. (Flag: the current site gives two different dates for these, December 9 for the discount and December 16 for the general cutoff, without separating what each one means. Written above as two distinct dates per your note that these serve different audiences. Both need John's final numbers before publishing.)

Preferred payment methods include business checks and ACH transfers. Payment is also accepted through Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Regional shipping costs for individual gift collections are listed at the bottom of this page. Most orders ship through UPS or FedEx, with USPS Priority Mail used occasionally. We take steps to keep cheese safe from external heat in transit. Gourmet cheeses should be stored at 35 to 45 degrees Fahrenheit.
