Ingredients
For the chicken
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp cracked black pepper
For the mac and cheese
- 12 oz elbow macaroni
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 cups whole milk

- Salt to taste
Directions:
Cook the pasta until just tender, drain, and set aside.
In a skillet, cook chicken in olive oil with salt and pepper until golden. Add honey and black pepper. Let it bubble until the chicken is coated and sticky.
In a saucepan, melt butter and whisk in flour. Slowly add milk and stir until thickened. Add the cheddar and seasonings, stir until smooth, then combine with the pasta.
