Tour Our Cheese Caves!

Explore a hidden world of cheese, frequented only by our cheesemongers. On our cheese cave tour you'll discover how our different artisanal cheeses are stored (some for years) to attain that perfect blend of texture and flavor.

It's a perfect all-season outing, since our caves maintain a constant temperature and humidity year-round.

Tours include our three cheese caves with a peek at our primary processing facility and an explanation of the art of artisanal cheesemaking. You can't escape without sampling a few of our 19 artisanal cheeses. The tasting is an adventure in itself!

Groups are welcome and discounts are available depending on the number in your group. Small group rates are offered at $15 per person (minimum 4 recommended).

  • Learn about the cheese production process
  • Tours scheduled year-round
  • Each tour includes a sample tasting
  • Groups welcome
