Orders are available Monday-Friday: 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. and Saturdays: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Standard Shipping:
In-stock merchandise will normally arrive in 3-4 business days after the order is received. Orders are shipped via FedEX or UPS (We do not not ship to PO Boxes at this time).
Larger items may have additional shipping which is stated in the description.

Overnight Shipping:
In-stock merchandise orders may be sent Overnight and will be delivered the next business day.
Additional cost determined by weight and destination of package (you may call if you would like this amount). Street address required and larger items may have additional shipping which is stated in description.
Please Note:
- Overnight and 2nd Day orders placed after 12pm EST will go out the following day unless a verbal or email confirmation has been made.
- Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
- Shipping time on in-stock items only, no additional shipping on backorder items.
- Store customer service for order questions is available Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm EST.
- Using your email, ShipStation will send you a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. Please call us at 800-490-4387 (9am-3pm EST) for shipping to Canada or out of the Continental United States in reference to shipping cost and delivery.
Returns
Because our products are perishable we do not process returns. In the event that you are not satisfied with your products please contact us and we will send out a new products ASAP. If you do not want the replacement items you can request a full refund, and we’ll be happy to get that process it as soon as we can.
