Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING INFORMATION (UNITED STATES ORDERS)

Store Pickup: 
Orders are available Monday-Saturday: 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Standard Shipping:
In-stock merchandise will normally arrive in 3-7 business days after the order is received. Orders are shipped via FedEX or UPS (We do not not ship to PO Boxes).

Note: During shipment ice packs may thaw and the cheese may be at room temperature for a number of hours without it impacting quality or flavor.

Express Shipping:
In-stock merchandise orders may be expressed and delivered earlier than standard shipping. Contact us for an express shipping price quote.

Please Note:

  • Standard and Express orders placed after 12pm EST will go out the following day unless a verbal or email confirmation has been made.
  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
  • Shipping time is based on in-stock items only.
  • Customer service for order questions is available Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm EST.
  • Using your email, ShipStation will send you a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we rarely process or accept returns. In the event that you are not satisfied with the products please call us at 800-490-4387 or email info@gootessacheese.com, and we will provide a resolution as quickly as possible. If Goot Essa authorizes a return, a shipping label will be provided for the recipient.

Refunds

We offer refunds and/or replacements for unsatisfactory or damaged items as well as cancelations. Refunds are offered within the first 30 days since your purchase, after that time you will not be offered a refund and/or replacement of any kind. Charges will be refunded based on the original purchase method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the processing of a refund.

Refunds requested due to a return, cancelation of an order in process, and special orders may result in a restocking fee of up to 30%.

For recurring subscriptions, once a monthly subscription payment is processed a refund will not be issued.

For prepaid subscriptions, you may cancel your subscription prior to processing. A refund will be prorated based on the number of shipments remaining. Because the subscription was not completed, the boxes are now assessed at the month-to-month rate which impacts the refund amount. The remaining shipments are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%.

Note, Goot Essa is not responsible for replacing damaged or spoiled product due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
