Job Summary:

The overall objective of this position is to help Goot Essa achieve its mission. This position reports to the Director of Operations.

Objectives

• Ensure that 99% of all orders are shipped correctly and on schedule.
• Keep customer complaints received to fewer than 1% of all orders.
• Foster engagement and a cooperative spirit among team members.
• Be intentional in promoting employee satisfaction/appreciation.

Specific Tasks

• Manage computerized order entry process to process retail orders efficiently and properly.
• Train and schedule relevant employees for redundancy in retail order processing.
• Answer the 800 number telephone and handle incoming calls.
• Work with ShipStation, SOS, and other inventory and business management software.
• Ensure proper operation of business system technologies.
• Resolve retail customer issues by email and phone.
• Plan and coordinate holiday season gift basket processing with other team members.

Requirements

• Be available onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Some Saturday work during holiday season.
• Work cooperatively with all other team members.

The above job description will cover almost all of your work at Goot Essa. However, there may be times when you will be asked to help with other business tasks.
