- With our Plain assortments, your products will arrive in a no-frills cardboard box with biodegradable packing and your edible treasures waiting inside.
- Our Fancy assortments can come wrapped with a bit of Christmas ribbon for a festive charm. In addition, our Fancy assortments are presented with either an attractive cutting board, a reusable wooden crate, or a woven basket, ensuring long-term use and memories of your thoughtful gift.

Who orders Goot Essa corporate gift assortments?
Goot Essa gifting customers are typically small to medium-sized organizations interested in giving unique and meaningful handcrafted gifts to their staff, clients, volunteers, and other valued contacts.
How do I place an order?
Click the Start My Quote button. Our order information form takes only minutes to complete. Once we receive your request, you'll receive a contact from a Goot Essa staff member, and a customized quote for your preferred gift preparation and delivery options. You are also welcome to start the order process by phone (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM weekdays). Call 800-490-4387.
What is the minimum or maximum order size?
A minimum order of 10 assortments is required to qualify for a corporate gifting discount. If your organization is smaller, you may order at our usual retail rates from the wide selection of gift baskets on our website. Our maximum capacity during the holiday season is approximately 2000 assortments for our 2024 curated corporate business gifts. Larger orders may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
What else may be provided with my selected assortments?
Added value may be supplied with a hand-initialed packing card sharing the Goot Essa story. Other value-added inserts may include a cheese recipe card(s) and an invitation to join our monthly cheese subscription. A wine and cheese pairing guide can be inserted at your request.
Can I personalize my assortment?
Personalization options may include your company logo on leather or wood, as well as a unique gift message for each recipient. Discuss with your Goot Essa contact early in the quote process.
Do you give discounts on large-volume orders?
Orders placed by December 9 qualify for our corporate gifting discount. Larger-volume orders for a single assortment are discounted using the following formula:
- 10-25 assortments receive our corporate gifting discount (2% off our retail price)
- 25-49 assortments receive 4% off
- 50-99 assortments receive 6% off
- 100-249 assortments receive 8% off
- 250+ assortments receive 10%+ off
Multiple assortments may be ordered but are subject to a reduced discount schedule. If interested, ask us for details.

How do I share my gift delivery information with Goot Essa?
If we are delivering assortments to individual recipient addresses (one of our three delivery options), you can download and save a copy of our Excel-format order template, complete it, and email to barry@gootessacheese.com. A Goot Essa staff member will provide assistance as necessary.
If you already have a spreadsheet with accurate recipient addresses, you are welcome to customize it to include columns for your gift assortment choice for each recipient and a personalized gift message of up to 180 characters. Your message will appear on a handsome Goot Essa branded gift card. Email your completed address file to barry@gootessacheese.com.
When do I need to place my order?
The corporate gifting program discount is available until December 9. After that date, our regular retail rates apply. You are encouraged to order as early as possible since items do occasionally sell out during the holiday rush. Our order information form includes a field for desired DELIVERY DATE. You can order as early as you wish, and rest assured that your gifts will be delivered at just the right time.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Preferred payment methods include business checks and ACH transfers. Payment is also accepted through Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards.
What about shipping?
Regional shipping costs for individual gift assortments are found at the bottom of this page. Most orders are shipped through UPS or FedEx. Occasionally, USPS Priority Mail is used. We take steps to ensure the cheese arrives safe from external heat. For delivery to a single distribution point, significant shipping discounts may be available. Gourmet cheeses should be stored at 35-45 degrees Fahrenheit.
How will I know if my order has been delivered?
You will receive a tracking number.
